Job Overview:
Arone is a pioneering technology manufacturing company based in Nsukka, Enugu State, Nigeria, specializing in cutting-edge solutions for law enforcement, emergency response, and sustainable energy needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end management of technology projects, develop project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, track project milestones, ensure timely delivery within scope and budget, communicate regularly with stakeholders, and provide status updates.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation; familiarity with hardware and software development lifecycles, AI technologies, and drone or renewable energy systems is beneficial; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams; effective stakeholder management; demonstrated ability to identify challenges and develop solutions.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
Experience:
Prior experience in the technology, manufacturing, or renewable energy industries is a strong advantage.
Languages:
English

Experience with Google Sheets/Docs, Jira, Trello or similar; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
