Job Overview: The Lead, Inbound Sales is responsible for driving consistent revenue performance across the inbound sales team by coaching, managing, and developing a team of Inbound Sales agents.
Duties and Responsibilities: Manage a team of Inbound Sales Representatives, provide daily guidance, conduct regular coaching sessions, own team-level sales targets, monitor daily activity metrics, ensure process adherence, review sales calls for quality, provide feedback to marketing, collaborate with product teams, prepare performance reports, and analyze team performance trends.
Required Qualifications: 4 - 8 years of experience in inbound or SaaS sales, with at least 4 years in a team lead, senior, or supervisory capacity; demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas; experience coaching or mentoring junior sales reps; proficiency with CRM tools; excellent communication skills; strong analytical skills.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Experience: 4 - 8 years of experience in inbound or SaaS sales, with at least 4 years in a team lead, senior, or supervisory capacity.
Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
