AI Agent Engineer

Job Overview:
We are hiring an AI Agent Engineer to build intelligent, task-performing AI agents that automate high-value workflows across Joveo's platform.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Build production AI agents that interact with internal and external APIs, engineer agent workflows combining LLMs, tools, memory, and state management, integrate agents with real systems — databases, job boards, messaging, and CRMs, implement agent evaluation, testing, and monitoring in production environments, collaborate with product to identify high-ROI agent use cases across the platform, continuously improve agent accuracy, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
Strong experience building AI-powered applications and integrating LLM APIs, familiarity with agent frameworks — LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar, solid Python engineering skills including async patterns and API integration, experience with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems, understanding of prompt engineering, structured outputs, and tool-calling patterns, product mindset — ability to translate vague goals into shippable agent workflows.
