We are looking to hire a qualified candidate to drive both human and capital resources to fulfill the organisation's objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Developing recruitment strategies, attracting talent, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process to ensure new hires fit company culture. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring adherence to local labour laws, safety regulations and maintaining employment documentation to mitigate legal risks. Performance Management: Implementing appraisal systems, setting performance goals, conducting reviews, and offering feedback to align staff with company goals. Employee Relations and Engagement: Fostering a positive work culture, conducting employee engagement surveys, and managing employee relations to boost morale and retention. Compensation and Benefits Administration: Overseeing payroll, managing employee benefits, and conducting market research to ensure competitive pay. Training and Development: Identifying training needs and providing opportunities for skill development to improve employee performance. HR Policy Development: Creating and updating policies, such as code of conduct and safety procedures, to ensure consistent decision-making.
Required Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience.
Educational Background: A minimum of an HND in human resources or a related field.
