Job Overview: As an IT Support Engineer at Kora, you will be responsible for providing first- and second-level technical support to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, and maintaining high levels of user satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day technical support for laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals; Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner; Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security tools; Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls; Support onboarding and offboarding processes; Monitor and respond to helpdesk tickets; Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation; Assist in network administration tasks; Support cybersecurity practices; Provide user training and guidance on IT tools; Troubleshoot IT technical issues and resolve them in a courteous, professional, and timely manner; Complete setup and configuration of company laptops and desktops; Other duties as assigned by the CISO.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT support; Good communication skills; Good interpersonal skills; Positive attitude; Ability to handle stress appropriately and interact well with others.
Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree certificate
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT support
