Job Overview: Jarakey is building access infrastructure for the modern real estate ecosystem. We connect digital permissions with physical entry points through a single, auditable system, enabling property operators, developers, and residents to manage access securely, transparently, and at scale.
Duties and Responsibilities: Partner with the founding team to align people initiatives with business priorities and growth plans; Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical roles; Champion a work environment that is inclusive and high-performance; Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws; Own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of HR experience, at least 2 in a business-partnering or generalist capacity; Solid knowledge of Nigerian law" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">labour law; Experience in a startup or high-growth company is an advantage.
