The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for lead generation, managing customer interactions, providing exemplary customer support, and driving sales initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities: The role involves actively reaching out to potential clients, maintaining positive client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. The selected candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-quality customer service and support.
Required Qualifications: Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales techniques to identify and nurture potential clients. Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to provide exceptional client experiences. Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to build and maintain client relationships. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proven expertise in meeting sales targets and handling objections effectively. Prior experience in telemarketing or a related field is an advantage.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing or a related field is an advantage.
Languages: Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.
