Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Consultant Family Physician to lead the delivery of comprehensive, patient-centered medical care across outpatient and inpatient services.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide specialist consultation and holistic patient care in line with Family Medicine best practices. Oversee outpatient services, including general consultations, preventive care, and executive health screening programs. Supervise inpatient care management, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes and adherence to clinical protocols. Lead, mentor, and support Medical Officers and junior clinicians to enhance performance and professional development. Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures, including basic ultrasound imaging. Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation and reporting. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and high-quality patient care. Drive quality improvement initiatives and clinical governance within the hospital. Ensure compliance with MDCN regulations, clinical ethics, and healthcare standards.

Required Qualifications:
MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery), Fellowship Certification in Family Medicine or related specialty (e.g., FWACP, FMCFM), Minimum of 5 years post-fellowship clinical experience, Valid and current Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) practicing license.

Educational Background:
MBBS and Fellowship Certification in Family Medicine or related specialty.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years post-fellowship clinical experience.
