Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Business Development to lead global expansion efforts with a strong focus on offline client acquisition and high-net-worth investor engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute business development strategies for international markets, lead expansion into East African regions (Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya), identify new market opportunities and revenue streams, build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), introducing brokers, affiliates and strategic partners, drive client acquisition through both direct and partner channels, plan, organize, and execute exclusive offline events, seminars, and networking sessions, represent the company at industry events, conferences, and private gatherings, own and deliver on revenue and deposit targets, monitor performance metrics and optimize acquisition strategies, analyze competitor activity and local market dynamics.
Required Qualifications: Proven experience in delivering results, strong network within HNW or trading communities, experience in offline marketing and event-driven acquisition, demonstrated success in international business development, knowledge of African markets (Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya) is highly preferred, strong negotiation and relationship management skills, ability to travel frequently.
