Job Description
Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day sales operations of the depot/Sales Territories, ensuring compliance with company policies and driving performance improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive daily engagement on customers’ performance reviews, manage sales operations, monitor stock levels, liaise with insurance, manage depot costs, ensure compliance with credit exposure, drive quarterly meetings with distributors, record accidents, monitor sales performance, review route plans, ensure price compliance, document business transactions, supervise Route to Market Activities.

Required Qualifications:
First Degree in Arts, Social sciences or any other relevant discipline.

Educational Background:
Minimum of five (5) years cumulative field sales experience preferably in a multinational FMCG.

Experience:
5 years

Languages:
English

Skills required include organization, business acumen, negotiation, relationship management, effective communication, and customer service.
