Job Description
Job Overview:
NCDF Group is building an institutional platform designed to mobilise capital, structure investment opportunities, support commercial growth, and strengthen development-oriented enterprise across multiple operating and regulated entities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Support and lead capital mobilisation initiatives across equity, debt, blended finance, private placements, structured finance, and strategic capital partnerships. Build and maintain relationships with various funding bodies and investors. Lead the strategic financial marketing of NCDF Group’s investment products. Develop robust financial models and support due diligence processes. Provide high-level financial and market-facing support to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, banking, investment, or a related discipline is required. A recognised professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, CPA, CIS, or CIMA is strongly preferred. Strong experience in capital raising, corporate finance, investment banking, private markets, investor relations, strategic finance, or structured finance is required.

Educational Background:
A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, banking, investment, or a related discipline is required. An MBA, MSc Finance, MSc Investment, MSc Financial Economics, or a comparable postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.

Experience:
Strong experience in capital raising, corporate finance, investment banking, private markets, investor relations, strategic finance, or structured finance is required. Practical exposure to equity fundraising, debt structuring, private placements, capital products, or institutional funding transactions is highly desirable.

Languages:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial propositions credibly, are essential.
