Facility Assistants & Security (Shift-Based or Live-In Duo)

Job Overview:
Ropheka Specialist Clinic and Maternity is a private medical facility dedicated to offering specialized care in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and General Medical practice. Located in Benin City, Edo State, the clinic has been a trusted provider of healthcare services for over 20 years.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintaining the clinic's facilities, ensuring cleanliness and operational efficiency, providing a high level of customer service, overseeing facility operations, performing janitorial tasks, supporting staff, and coordinating with visitors to enhance the clinic’s environment and security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security.

Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Facility Management (FM), Facilities Operations, and Janitorial Services; Strong Communication and Customer Service skills; Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach; Ability to work collaboratively in a team; Flexibility to work in shift-based rotations or as part of a live-in arrangement.

Educational Background:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:
Experience in a healthcare or similar environment is an advantage.
