Job Overview: Seeking a proactive Digital Marketer to own strategy, campaigns, analytics, partnerships, and growth execution. Must drive KPIs, optimize paid/organic performance, manage reporting and lead funnels, and make data-driven decisions. Hybrid role, 20+ hours/week, 2–3 days on-site.
Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and manage monthly and quarterly marketing plans. Define campaign objectives, target audiences, messaging, and offers. Align marketing efforts with overall business goals and revenue targets. Proactively identify growth opportunities across paid, organic, and partnerships. Own and monitor key marketing KPIs (ROI, ROAS, CPL, CTR, conversion rates). Analyze performance across all channels (paid ads, Instagram, etc.). Prepare weekly and monthly reports with clear insights and action plans. Translate data into simple, actionable recommendations for the team. Maintain dashboards and ensure accurate tracking across campaigns. Oversee campaign execution from setup to optimization. Ensure proper tracking (UTMs, links, attribution). Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data. Identify issues early and take initiative to improve results. Plan and execute outreach strategies for collaborations and partnerships. Build and manage outreach pipelines and tracking systems. Handle communication and follow-ups with partners. Identify and secure high-impact partnership opportunities. Track lead flow from marketing channels to CRM. Analyze conversion stages and identify drop-offs. Work closely with sales/admin to improve lead conversion and quality. Monitor competitors and industry trends. Identify opportunities for positioning, content, and campaigns. Bring new ideas backed by data and market insights.
Required Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing (Lead or Senior level preferred). Strong background in marketing analytics and performance tracking. Experience with Meta Ads, Instagram, and digital campaign management. Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, reporting). Ability to interpret data and explain it in simple, clear terms. Strong communication and decision-making skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Proactive and ownership-driven — takes initiative without waiting for instructions. Strategic thinker — able to plan, not just react. Data-driven — makes decisions based on performance, not guesswork. Growth-focused — always looking for ways to improve results. Comfortable leading discussions and suggesting direction.
