Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee daily F&B operations across restaurant, lounge, bar, and room service. Supervise and coordinate service staff to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest experience. Develop and execute marketing strategies, promotions, and themed events to drive traffic and increase revenue (especially for lounge and bar). Collaborate with management to plan and host events targeting key customer segments. Monitor stock levels and manage inventory (bar, kitchen, store) to prevent shortages and overstocking. Implement and enforce menu costing, portion control, and pricing strategies to ensure profitability. Track and analyze food cost % and beverage cost %, identifying variances and leakages. Work closely with the kitchen on menu planning, costing, and periodic menu engineering. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with records. Train and motivate staff on service standards, upselling techniques, hygiene, and guest engagement. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly. Prepare and submit daily sales reports, wastage reports, and performance summaries. Drive upselling initiatives and monitor average spend per customer.
Required Qualifications: Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role in a hotel, lounge, or restaurant. Strong knowledge of menu costing, food and beverage cost control, and pricing strategies. Experience with inventory systems, stock control, and wastage management. Marketing knowledge with a creative mindset to develop promotions and attract customers. Demonstrated ability to drive sales and improve revenue performance. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using POS systems and reporting tools. Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and cost data. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Educational Background: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.
