Job Overview: We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to lead client acquisition and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a strong closer with experience in selling digital and software solutions to local and international clients.
Duties and Responsibilities: Identify, generate, and convert high-quality B2B leads. Drive the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing. Build and manage a consistent and healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools. Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and position tailored solutions. Develop compelling proposals and negotiate effectively to close deals. Sell software, web, and mobile solutions with a value-based approach. Engage and convert international clients (US, UK, Europe). Collaborate with the development team to translate client needs into clear briefs. Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities. Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
Required Qualifications: Proven track record of closing B2B deals (preferably in SaaS or digital services). Ability to demonstrate past sales performance (revenue generated, deals closed, clients acquired). Strong lead generation skills (LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, outbound strategies). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Solid understanding of SaaS, web, and mobile development (non-technical but fluent). Experience selling to international markets is a strong advantage. Proficiency with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools. Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
