Job Overview: The Company requires the services of a competent and organized Office Administrator / Secretary to support its daily administrative and operational functions.
Duties and Responsibilities: Manage daily office operations, maintain office supplies, coordinate maintenance of office equipment, supervise support staff, manage executive calendars, organize meetings, handle correspondence, develop filing systems, serve as liaison between management and staff, arrange travel and events, maintain petty cash, assist in procurement, process invoices.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field; Minimum of 3 years relevant experience; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Strong typing and communication skills; Organizational and multitasking ability; High level of discretion and confidentiality.
