Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the smooth running of the office, prepare and edit correspondence, handle confidential information, coordinate client meetings, maintain client database, act as primary point of contact for clients, assist in business development, conduct market research, prepare proposals and reports, oversee office supplies, coordinate company events, assist in project management, collaborate with departments.
Required Qualifications: HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management/Communications, or a related field. 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
