Job Description
Job Overview:
The Store Supervisor is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the seamless daily operations of the outlet, overseeing the production of high-quality fresh juices, smoothies, and salads while ensuring strict adherence to food safety and inventory standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily preparation of juices, salads, and parfaits; enforce hygiene and food safety protocols; conduct daily checklists; monitor stock levels; implement FEFO method; perform stock counts; supervise staff; handle customer inquiries; drive sales targets; generate reports; ensure POS system compliance.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role; strong leadership and operational skills; knowledge of food safety standards.
Educational Background:
Minimum of a BSc.
