Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinates community-based HIV Testing Services (HTS) activities, ensures index/sibling testing, facilitates linkage of newly diagnosed individuals to ART, tracks service uptake, follows up on missed appointments, collaborates with various stakeholders for documentation and service provision, ensures viral suppression for CALHIV, organizes TB case detection activities, facilitates health insurance enrollment, and ensures nutrition assessments and counseling are provided during home visits.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant field.
Educational Background: Minimum of a BSc.
