Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our Food & Beverage team and gain hands-on experience in customer service within a dynamic hospitality setting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with restaurant and bar service, support operations during breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts, prepare tables and service areas before and during service, welcome guests and contribute to a high-quality customer experience, work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Required Qualifications:
Have at least B2 level English, are interested in hospitality, tourism, or customer service, enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, are proactive, reliable, and motivated to learn, have a positive and guest-oriented attitude.
Educational Background:
Students interested in hospitality, tourism, or customer service.
Experience:
Previous experience is welcome but not required.
Languages:
At least B2 level English.
Additional Notes:
Monthly allowance: €500, free accommodation provided, meals included (staff canteen), working schedule: 40 hours per week, free language course, support from an international team throughout the internship, Erasmus+ compatible documentation.
