Job Overview:
Sagama Homes is a real estate development company delivering secure, well-planned properties with verified titles across Nigeria. As a leading real estate investment firm, we specialize in real estate development, brokerage, and management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction cost management, including cost control, cost planning, cost reporting, and preparing bills of quantities (BOQ). The role involves evaluating project costs, estimating budgets, and working closely with project teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management to optimize project budgets and minimize expenses. Expertise in Cost Planning and preparing accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ). Experience in Cost Reporting and the ability to track and present financial insights. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Previous experience in real estate or property development is a plus.
Languages:
English
