Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Provide legal guidance on children and family-focused programs (Public Interest Lawyer role). 2. Support advocacy, research, and policy initiatives. 3. Plan, coordinate, and implement programs across both organizations. 4. Monitor and report on program outcomes. 5. Manage partnerships and community engagement. 6. Strengthen systems and processes to drive efficiency, growth, and sustainability. 7. Support fundraising and revenue-generating initiatives.
Required Qualifications: 1. A lawyer with 2–5 years post-call experience, with interest in public interest law, advisory work, and social change without litigation except in rare circumstances. 2. Program/Management professionals: 2- 5 years’ experience in program management, social development, or related fields. 3. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. 4. Practical, hands-on, and solution-focused mindset. 5. Passionate about Child Safeguarding, Protection, Family Strengthening, and Social Impact.
Experience: 2-5 years post-call experience in law and program management.
