Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct outbound and inbound calls to generate sales and close deals. Promote products/services and effectively communicate value propositions. Convert leads into paying customers and meet assigned sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities. Build and sustain strong customer relationships. Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion. Handle objections professionally and provide suitable solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance and strategy.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field. Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or sales roles. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
