Job Overview:
ZorenCo Global is a premium hair health brand looking for a Brand Sales Specialist who is a natural 'Closer.' The role involves finding new customers and selling products both online and at physical events.

Duties and Responsibilities:
New Lead Hunting: Find and close new clients outside of our current database. Event Sales: Represent the brand at pop-ups, selling a minimum of 10 Premium units per event. Service Booking: Pitch and book clients for our Professional Mobile Loc Services. Tracking: Maintain clean records of sales and leads in Excel/CRM tools. Friday Reports: Submit weekly sales and lead report every Friday by 18:00 WAT.

Required Qualifications:
A Natural Seller: Confident and able to initiate conversations. Self-Motivated: Able to work independently without supervision. Polished: Presentable as a premium brand ambassador.

Additional Notes:
Estimated Monthly Earnings: ₦130,000 – ₦180,000+ (Base + Commission + Event Bonuses). Monthly Base Stipend: ₦30,000. Event Pay: ₦10,000 flat fee per event. Commissions: ₦2,500 per unit for new product sales and ₦10,000+ per booking for loc service referrals. Success Reward: ₦15,000 bonus for hitting the 45-unit monthly target.
