Job Overview: We are seeking ambitious and motivated Sales Agents to join our team in Lagos. Your primary mission will be to acquire new clients, build lasting relationships, and drive revenue growth by promoting our range of financial products and services.
Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels. Present the company’s products and services confidently to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Manage and maintain your sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and conversions. Negotiate and close sales deals effectively. Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors and understand client needs. Collaborate closely with marketing and retention teams to ensure a smooth client journey. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of proven telesales experience over the phone, preferably in a Forex or CFD brokerage firm (B2B or B2C). Knowledge of online trading platforms and financial markets is an advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a proactive and energetic approach to work.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred (not mandatory).
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven telesales experience over the phone, preferably in a Forex or CFD brokerage firm (B2B or B2C).
