Videographer

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative videographer/content creator to produce premium visual content for real estate developments and product marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Shoot high-quality video content for real estate properties, including interiors, exteriors, and lifestyle shots. Capture cinematic drone footage of estates, environments, and surrounding areas. Create engaging product videos with clean, modern visuals. Plan and execute content ideas that align with brand positioning. Edit videos into polished, high-converting content for social media and ads. Deliver content optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads. Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign concepts and storytelling direction. Maintain consistency in visual quality, branding, and tone across all content.

Required Qualifications:
Based in Abuja and available for on-site shoots. Strong experience in real estate videography and/or product content creation. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects (preferred), Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom, CapCut. Drone operation skills (mandatory). Ability to shoot smooth, cinematic aerial footage. Understanding of drone safety and regulations. Strong sense of composition, lighting, and storytelling. Ability to deliver clean, smooth, professional edits. Fast turnaround time without compromising quality.
