Nail Cutting Operator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Nail Cutting Operator to manage and operate automated nail-making machinery. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, maintain high-quality output in line with specifications, and strictly adhere to safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor automated nail-making machines to achieve optimal production efficiency. Ensure all finished products meet defined quality standards and production specifications. Regularly measure workpieces and finished nails (including length and head diameter) using micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools. Install and securely set up die plates, nail-point cutting knives, and headers. Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs to minimize downtime. Identify and troubleshoot operational issues to maintain continuous production flow. Maintain accurate production records and report any inconsistencies or defects. Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating nail-making or similar industrial machinery. Strong understanding of mechanical processes and machine operations. Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as micrometers and gauges. Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills. High attention to detail and commitment to quality control. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Background:
Technical or vocational training in mechanical or industrial operations preferred.
