Job Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Business and Financial Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving exceptional sales performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales advisors to meet and exceed sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales advisors to achieve sales targets - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth - Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance sales advisors' product knowledge and sales skills - Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing feedback and coaching to sales advisors - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies - Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Required Qualifications: - CIIN Proficiency certificate - At least 2 years of experience in a reputable life insurance company - Proven track record of sales achievement and leadership - Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills - Ability to recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
