Job Overview:
We’re seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for lifestyle products, a keen understanding of market trends, and an enthusiasm for delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to deliver a positive, informative, and personalized shopping experience. Assist customers in product selection, answer inquiries, and ensure satisfaction with Dang Lifestyle products. Maintain a well-organized, visually appealing store environment. Stay updated on product knowledge, seasonal trends, and brand promotions. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Contribute to social media engagement, customer feedback, and marketing activities as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service (experience in the lifestyle sector is a plus). Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first attitude. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. A passion for lifestyle products and an understanding of current market trends. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
