Job Overview:
ACEworld Publishers Limited is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our outbound sales efforts and drive client acquisition within the publishing industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound outreach via Cold emails, Direct messages (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), Phone calls; Identify and engage potential authors and publishing clients; Follow up consistently on leads and quotations; Schedule and coordinate client meetings; Maintain accurate records and follow-ups using our internal tracking system (Sales Development Manager); Update daily activity and performance metrics in the company CRM (Google Sheets system); Collaborate with management to close deals and refine outreach strategies.

Required Qualifications:
Basic marketing experience; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Confidence in engaging prospects and handling objections; Basic understanding of sales or willingness to learn; High level of discipline and consistency; Ability to work with data and track performance; Must be teachable and open to structured processes.
