Job Overview:
Alpha ESS is a leading manufacturer of electricity storage systems and a pioneer in the successful implementation of the energy transition. After more than 10 years of experience in the production of energy storage solutions, Alpha ESS has already installed over 30,000 stationary storage solutions worldwide.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical point of contact for customers, installers and business partners throughout the entire product lifecycle. Perform field installations, system tests and on-site troubleshooting to identify and resolve operational problems. Handle and process customer complaints; coordinate solutions and follow up to ensure timely resolution. Organize and manage spare parts, after-sales documentation, customer records and service data. Conduct field testing, collect performance information and report findings to internal teams for continuous improvement. Deliver after-sales technical training for dealers, installers and service partners on installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Automation or related fields. Experience in energy storage, PV, inverter or electrical engineering is preferred. Strong technical understanding and hands-on capability for installation and troubleshooting. Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to support both business customers and end users. Customer-oriented mindset, proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Automation or related fields.
Experience:
10 years of experience in energy storage, PV, inverter or electrical engineering is preferred.
Languages:
English required; additional languages are an advantage.
