Job Overview:
The role involves leading a team of expats and local experts to ensure strategic, operational, and organizational effectiveness in a profit center focused on sales, procurement, and export volumes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Set the vision for the business, manage team dynamics, ensure budget commitments are met, lead initiatives in process automation and digitalization, develop manpower, manage regulatory environments, and drive innovation and stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in leading teams, key account management, and sales or distribution roles in emerging markets; strong analytical skills; good interpersonal skills; resilience; ownership mindset; love for travel.

Experience:
Minimum 15 years in relevant fields
Languages:
French is required as it is the spoken language on the ground.
Additional Notes:
Candidates must be based in India and willing to relocate to West Africa.
