Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Programs Manager (Grants & Fundraising) to lead our fundraising efforts, grant writing, donor engagement, partnerships, and program implementation.
Duties and Responsibilities: Research and identify grant/funding opportunities, write and submit grant proposals & concept notes, develop fundraising strategies and donor engagement plans, build partnerships with donors, sponsors, NGOs, CSR bodies & churches, plan and coordinate foundation projects and field activities, manage project timelines, budgets, and implementation, prepare donor reports, progress reports, and impact reports.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3–5 years experience in NGO programs, fundraising, or grant writing, strong proposal writing and communication skills, proven funding/grant success is an advantage, willingness to travel occasionally to Ogun State.
