Job Overview: FHEMFEL Homes is seeking experienced Senior Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team. This role is designed for professionals with a proven track record in real estate sales, particularly within the premium property segment.
Duties and Responsibilities: Drive sales of FHEMFEL Homes’ premium real estate products, particularly build-to-sell projects. Identify, engage, and convert qualified leads into successful property sales. Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients, investors, and partners. Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and negotiations to close deals effectively. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management. Provide market insights and contribute to sales strategies for premium products. Represent FHEMFEL Homes at property exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings. Work closely with the marketing and CRM teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years’ proven sales experience in the real estate industry (mandatory). Demonstrated success in selling premium properties or high-value real estate projects. Strong network of high-net-worth clients and corporate investors. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver results under pressure. In-depth knowledge of the Abuja (and broader Nigerian) property market.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage). Professional certifications in real estate sales will be an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 3 years (Real Estate Sales)
Additional Notes: This role is only open to experienced hires in real estate sales. We want candidates who are self-driven, ambitious, and already familiar with the unique dynamics of premium property sales in Abuja.
