Job Overview:
Oyster is building the intelligence layer of the beauty industry starting with skincare. We use AI to help people understand their skin, get the right products, and track results while giving businesses the tools to serve customers smarter.

Duties and Responsibilities:
This full-time remote role as a Sales Development Representative is focused on driving lead generation and business growth. The individual will identify and qualify prospective clients, nurture leads, and support the sales team in expanding business opportunities. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential prospects, maintaining customer relationships, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and supporting the overall sales pipeline process.

Required Qualifications:
3-5 years experience in Sales and Lead Generation, Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills, Experience in Sales and Business Development, Knowledge of CRM tools and sales workflows, Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment, Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:
3-5 years experience in Sales and Lead Generation

Compensation: N500,000 - N1,000,000 monthly depending on how well you crush your trial. You’ll Thrive Here If You Can Walk into offices and deliver really solid pitches, Have relationships in the beauty industry, Have 2-5 years in supporting enterprise or platform sales, ideally in SaaS, commerce, or beauty tech, Know how to sell infrastructure, APIs, or embedded B2B products or are excited to learn fast. (AI Competence will be reviewed in 2nd stage interview), Bring an existing network or background in the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry, Are deeply curious, self-led, and can close deals across markets like Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, and diaspora, Communicate clearly, think commercially, and follow through like a founder, Use CRM tools to stay organised and honest about the pipeline. Bonus Points If You Have sold to or worked at a beauty retailer, DTC brand, or marketplace, Have relationships across Africa’s beauty ecosystem or diaspora commerce markets, Understand how AI and personalisation are shaping the next phase of e-commerce.
