Job Overview:
This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI-Driven Quality Assurance Specialist, based in Lekki with the possibility of partial remote working. The specialist will be responsible for conducting quality assurance testing for digital banking, payment processing, and software systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily responsibilities include evaluating processes, identifying system defects or inconsistencies, implementing quality controls, analyzing testing frameworks, and ensuring compliance with established quality standards leveraging state of the arts AI. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality products is a critical aspect of this role.
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control techniques, ensuring high product standards. Experts in AI and test automation. Experience in Quality Management and familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) principles. Background in Quality Auditing, with the ability to identify improvements and ensure compliance with regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issues effectively. Familiarity with AI-driven tools and understanding their application in Quality Assurance processes is an advantage. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
