Job Overview:
As the Chief Information Officer, you will oversee and direct the bank’s IT strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. This full-time, on-site role, based in Lagos State, Nigeria, involves leading IT operations, managing technology infrastructure, and driving innovative solutions to support business processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The CIO will also collaborate with key stakeholders to streamline operational efficiency, manage risks, and enhance overall digital transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Strong expertise in Information Technology and IT Operations, Proven experience in IT Management and developing IT Strategy, Ability to optimize Business Processes through technology-driven solutions, Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, Experience in regulatory compliance in the financial sector is a plus.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
Extensive experience leading IT teams and driving digital transformation initiatives in a corporate environment.
