Job Overview:
Sagama Homes is a real estate development company dedicated to delivering secure and meticulously planned properties with verified titles across Nigeria. As a leading real estate investment firm, we specialize in development, brokerage, and property management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage, update and maintain all content on the company website on a regular basis; Upload and manage property listings, project descriptions, brochures, videos and high quality images; Ensure all website pages are current, accurate and professionally presented; Publish Company news, newsletters, announcements and official updates; Manage and update career/recruitment information on the website; Monitor website inquiries and coordinate lead submissions to the appropriate departments; Work closely with Sales, customer Experience, Hr and Management to obtain and publish relevant digital content; Monitor website traffic, customer engagement and digital performance analytics; Implement basic SEO strategies to improve online visibility and search ranking; Identify and report website issues, broken links, outdated content and functionality concerns; Coordinate with external web developers/IT support where technical upgrades are required; Ensure the companys digital brand image remains attractive, credible and competitive.
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Content Management and Content Strategy; Strong skills in Web Content Writing and general Writing; Ability to manage digital projects efficiently, showcasing excellent Project Management capabilities; Technical knowledge related to website updates, functionality, and optimization is a plus; Understanding of SEO, analytics, and user experience principles; Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing and Web Development
Experience:
Experience in managing website content and digital projects is preferred.

English
