Job Overview: A Real Estate organization is seeking a high-performing, results-driven, and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive for immediate employment.
Duties and Responsibilities: Generate and convert qualified leads into property sales, promote company properties to prospective clients, conduct property inspections and client presentations, build and maintain strong client relationships, meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, manage follow-up pipeline and negotiation process, use social media platforms to drive visibility, leads, and engagement, prepare weekly sales activity and performance reports, maintain sound knowledge of current market trends and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years proven experience in real estate sales or high-level sales conversion roles, strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills, must be social media savvy with ability to generate leads online, professional appearance and strong business etiquette, self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented, good knowledge of Lagos real estate market is an added advantage.
Experience: 5 years
Additional Notes: Candidate must demonstrate measurable ability in sales conversion, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
