Job Overview:
Edible Creations is one of Nigeria’s fast-rising premium food and bakery brands, built from entrepreneurial beginnings into a respected and growing business with annual revenues of approximately ₦1.5 billion. Known for quality, creativity, and customer loyalty, the company is entering its next phase of growth—strengthening systems, expanding profitability, and building an institutional platform for scale.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Finance Manager will lead the company’s finance and accounting operations, with particular emphasis on: Cost control and margin improvement, Management reporting, Inventory and stock accountability, Cash flow planning, Internal controls, Budgeting and forecasting, Strategic support to leadership.
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. ACA / ACCA / ICAN strongly preferred.
Educational Background:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Experience:
5–10 years post-graduation experience, with a background from FMCG companies, food manufacturing, retail/multi-branch operations, manufacturing businesses, or Big Four/reputable audit firms. Highly desirable prior experience at PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, EY.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can both build systems and drive execution in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment. Compensation is competitive and aligned to experience, including performance-based incentives.
