Job Overview: Mabat Media is a fast-growing media, branding, and premium printing company focused on photography, videography, event branding, and creative production. We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our client base, secure high-value partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
Duties and Responsibilities: • Identify and secure new business opportunities • Build strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, brands, and organizations • Drive sales for media, branding, and printing services • Develop and execute revenue-generating strategies • Negotiate and close deals • Expand Mabat Media’s market presence in Lagos and beyond
Required Qualifications: • 3–5+ years experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Existing network in Lagos business ecosystem is a strong advantage • Experience in media, advertising, branding, or printing industry is preferred • Self-driven, target-oriented, and performance-focused
