Job Overview: We are hiring an experienced Business Development Executive with strong knowledge of the oil and gas servicing sector.
Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector. 2. Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders. 3. Develop strategies to grow the company’s client base and revenue. 4. Prepare proposals, presentations, bids, and commercial documents. 5. Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. 6. Work with technical and operations teams to ensure client expectations are met. 7. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums. 8. Report business development activities against agreed targets.
Required Qualifications: Proven experience in business development, sales, or commercial growth within oil and gas servicing. Good understanding of equipment support services and industry procurement processes. Strong client relationship, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to identify, pursue, and convert business opportunities. Existing oil and gas network will be an added advantage.
Additional Notes: Salary: ₦500,000 – ₦650,000 monthly, based on experience. Benefits include HMO, flexible working arrangement, paid leave, 13th month/year-end bonus, and commission or percentage incentive for new business brought in.
