Job Overview: Oponeko is an EdTech SaaS platform transforming how schools manage and deliver education. Our goal is to reduce complexity for schools and enable them to operate more efficiently through smart, easy-to-use technology.
Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and prospect schools, training centers, and educational institutions; Conduct high-volume outreach, including cold calling, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn; Book and deliver product demos; Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline; Follow up consistently with leads and decision-makers; Negotiate and close B2B deals; Represent Oponeko in meetings and relevant education events; Gather customer feedback to support product and sales improvements; Maintain accurate, real-time sales records using Zoho CRM; Ensure daily CRM updates on all leads, activities, and deal progress.
Required Qualifications: 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or service-based businesses; Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; Proven ability to build and manage client relationships; Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach; Experience using the Zoho CRM tool; Strong discipline in updating CRM daily and maintaining accurate sales data; Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently; Good organizational and time management skills.

Additional Notes: Experience selling to schools or educational institutions in Nigeria is a plus; Understanding of SaaS or subscription-based products; Experience working in a startup or early-stage company.
