Duties and Responsibilities: Plan and manage structured content calendars, write strategic, brand-aligned captions, schedule and publish content consistently, manage engagement and DMs professionally, track performance and provide monthly reports, set up and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), manage TikTok Ads, support Google Ads (where applicable), create campaign strategy and execution, monitor ad performance and optimize for results.
Required Qualifications: Experience managing business, tech, or digital brands, hands-on experience running Meta Ads, understanding of TikTok ad structures, strategic mindset, organized and deadline-driven, responsive and available during agreed working hours.
Additional Notes: All selected candidates must undergo a mandatory two (2) week probationary period before official recruitment. Salary upon confirmation: ₦50,000 per month.
