Duties and Responsibilities: The Social Media Manager will create, curate, and manage all social media content to promote IJAN Africa's programs, engage audiences, and expand the organization's online presence. Responsibilities include social media campaign planning, implementing strategies, monitoring analytics, optimizing posts for engagement, and collaborating with marketing and creative teams.
Required Qualifications: Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), strong communication and writing skills, experience in developing and executing content strategies, adaptability to social media trends, ability to analyze metrics, experience with major platforms, strong organizational skills.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Experience in developing and executing content strategies and managing multiple social accounts.
Languages: Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Additional Notes: This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos.
