Team Lead

Job Overview:
We are looking for a high-performing and results-driven Team Lead to drive aggressive growth in our loans and investment portfolio. This role is strictly for individuals with a strong sales background who can lead from the front, deliver results, and manage a team to meet and exceed targets consistently.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and drive a team of Business Development Officers to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Take full ownership of team performance, revenue generation, and portfolio growth. Actively source new clients and close high-value deals (this is a hands-on role). Set clear targets and monitor daily/weekly team performance. Ensure proper client onboarding, documentation, and compliance with company policies. Track loan performance and ensure timely repayments within your portfolio. Provide regular performance reports and updates to management. Identify market opportunities and implement strategies to outperform competitors.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales/business development (financial sector required). At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role. Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Good understanding of loan and investment products. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Strong background in loan marketing or financial sales. Highly target-driven and comfortable working under pressure. Street-smart with strong client acquisition skills. Results-oriented with a “get it done” mindset. High level of professionalism and accountability.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales/business development (financial sector required). At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
