Job Overview:
Join GR8 Tech to build and scale high-quality Android experiences for our core iGaming products, delivering fast, stable, and secure mobile solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Own Android architecture decisions, improve app performance, drive adoption of modern practices, translate product requirements into technical solutions, build and ship features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and contribute to engineering culture.
Required Qualifications:
Strong experience with Android development (Kotlin), deep understanding of Android SDK, hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose, knowledge of architecture patterns, and experience with networking and API design.

Experience:
Experience with large-scale or high-load mobile apps is a plus; knowledge of security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security best practices and CI/CD practices is desirable.
Languages:
English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.
