Job Overview: The National Human Resources Assistant will perform a wide range of routine HR functions in support of the smooth and efficient programme delivery in the FAO Representation.
Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate the overall hiring plan, develop Terms of Reference, manage publication of calls for vacancies, organize selection processes, manage contracts, provide administrative support, promote a respectful work environment, facilitate knowledge exchange, assist in performance evaluations, maintain confidentiality, and perform other tasks as required.
Required Qualifications: University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Political Science, Sociology, Psychology, Management or related fields; 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources Management; Working knowledge of English; National of Nigeria.
Educational Background: University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Political Science, Sociology, Psychology, Management or related fields.
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources Management.
Languages: Working knowledge (Level C) of English - written and spoken.
