Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced project manager who strongly contributes to the overall successful management of multidiscipline teams and ensure each project phase is completed on time, within budget and to the customers’ satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Integrate the multiple related activities to deliver the overall project scope and objectives. Define, communicate, and manage project scope, objectives and deliverables based on stakeholders’ requirement. Develop, execute, control, and communicate the project plan. Manage project budget and quality activities. Create and lead the project organization. Develop and implement a communication plan and risk management plan. Manage contractual arrangements and ensure project deliverables according to project agreement. Drive productivity in project through utilization of global reusable solutions, processes, and tools. Provide lesson learned and input to improvement or development of processes and tools.
Required Qualifications:
Fluent French, Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Strong computer skills required (proficiency with excel and spreadsheets required). Self-motivated, results oriented, high sense of discipline, attention to details, ability to motivate a team, high level of negotiation skills, creative and adaptable.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, and other related fields) is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or relevant experience handling projects, dealing with different stakeholders, leading technical teams and executing with a high sense of integration within different areas in the organization. Previous project management experience preferred.
Languages:
Fluent French, Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Additional Notes:
Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification is preferred. Ability to handle multiple stakeholders with a customer focused mindset. Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
