Job Overview:
Die AWO Kindertagesstätte "TÜVtel Kids" sucht eine pädagogische Fachkraft in der Kita-Assistenz (m/w/d) mit 24 Wochenstunden.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Du begleitest und unterstützt Kinder in der jeweiligen Einrichtung, bist Teil eines multiprofessionellen Teams und erarbeitest gemeinsam mit dem*r Erzieher*innen Methoden und Strategien, um Selbstständigkeit und Teilhabe vom Kind zu ermöglichen.
Required Qualifications:
Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern, wertschätzende und inklusive Haltung, selbstständiges Arbeiten, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, erweitertes polizeiliches Führungszeugnis, vorhandene Masernschutzimpfung.
Educational Background:
Erste Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern (z.B. durch FSJ, BfD, Kitabegleitung, Alltagshelfer*in).
Experience:
Erste Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern (z.B. durch FSJ, BfD, Kitabegleitung, Alltagshelfer*in).
Languages:
Deutsch
